The presentation will be followed by WMRC’s morning clothing swap where you can swap clothes, shoes, and accessories you no longer wear and leave with a refreshed wardrobe without the big spend! 👗
Got some items to fix? 🛠️ Then bring any clothing or jewellery need mending as we will have Repair Lab joining us on Saturday 🧵.
How it works:
1) Register for a ticket: https://events.humanitix.com/clothing-swap-with-carey-wright
Tickets are limited and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend this event, your ticket can be swapped for another WMRC event if enough notice is given.
2) 9.30am – 10am: Check in & donate your good-quality clothes. Have a seat in the presentation room or get your items fixed.
Please arrive promptly as the doors will shut at 10am.
3) 10am – 11am: Carey Wright’s presentation
4) 11am – 12.30pm: Clothing Swap

Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco.
General admission tickets are available for residents from other councils.

Carey is experienced in waste management and the development of waste minimisation programs.
Carey has won WA’s WasteSorted Awards Innovation of the Year winner two years running (2021-2022) and has been a finalist in seven categories for WA’s Waste Sorted Awards between 2021 and 2023.
