If you attend all three you will receive a certificate of completion! \nDetails: \nThe workshops will be held at community centres and libraries across the western suburbs. Days and times of workshops vary\, so choose the session that works best for you. \nThis is a great workshop for people who need help with waste sorting\, people new to Perth\, those looking for easy and sustainable behaviours to help the environment\, and individuals starting their waste journey. Kids are welcome with an adult present.

DESCRIPTION:Join WMRC at our fun\, inclusive workshop to learn the basics of waste sorting. \nWhat will you learn? \n\nHow to sort your household waste into your 3-bin system at home.\nWhat happens to recycling\, FOGO\, and general waste.\nWhat happens to your verge bulk and green waste after it leaves the kerbside.\nThe history of Perth waste management and what led to our current systems.\n\nLight refreshments and snacks are provided. \nWhat to bring?\nAttendees are invited to bring one clean waste item that they struggle to recycle. \nWho can attend?\nThis is a great workshop for people new to Subiaco or Perth\, if you need help with waste sorting\, and those starting their waste management or sustainability journey. \nKids are welcome with an adult present. \nWant to know more?\nThis workshop is part of the Reduce\, Reuse\, Recycle; The Ultimate Guide workshop series\, running across the western suburbs in 2025.
