Founded in Subiaco by Olga Abbott, Studio Thimbles is Perth’s most welcoming sewing studio, where beginners and confident sewists alike can discover the joy of making something with their own two hands.
We specialise in teaching beginner-friendly sewing classes for kids and adults, empowering people to create, repair, and repurpose clothing rather than throw it away. From our structured sewing courses to relaxed social sewing sessions and creative workshops, every program is designed to build confidence, spark creativity, and foster community.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do.
