Join WMRC on a tour of Returnit and Paraquad Industries and discover what happens to your donated items. You’ll get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the Containers for Change operation as well as the Opshop, Book Bazaar, Industrial Wiper Manufacture, and other commerical services run by Paraquad

– Tour of Paraquad 10am – 10:45 am
– Tour of Return-it 10:45 am -11:15 am
– Morning Tea 11:15 am -11:30 am
– WMRC waste talk with Q&A session 11:30 am -12 noon

This workshop is part of the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle; The Ultimate Guide workshop series, running across the western suburbs in 2025. You can attend individual workshops, and if you complete all three you will receive a certificate of completion! The workshops are:

– Member council tickets are available to residents from Claremont, Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove & Subiaco. General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils.
– Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot make this event, please let us know in advance.
