Does your wardrobe need a sustainable refresh? Join WMRC’s Adult Clothing Swap featuring guest presenter and Style Counsellor, Ciara Lowe-Thiedeman! Clothing swaps are a way of sharing unwanted but quality garments with your local community. It’s a great alternative to fast fashion while getting a new look.
How it works:
1) Look through your cupboards to find clean and good-quality items you no longer wear to donate to the swap. ❌Please no kids’ clothes or bric-a-brac at this event ❌
2) Drop off your clothing between 9am-9.30am, for our volunteers to organise.
3) Be seated by 9.30am and enjoy Ciara the Sustainable Style Counsellor discuss the power of styling from 9.30am-10.30am.
4) Once the talk has finished you can browse the racks at your leisure from 10.30am-12pm to find new treasures!

A note to resellers:
Please note that WMRC clothing swaps are local community events so that people can refresh their wardrobes with clothes that are new to them. They are not held for resellers to source stock. You will be asked to leave if we believe that you are collecting clothes for resale. If you are struggling financially and need a large quantity of clothing, please let the WMRC staff know so we can arrange something for you.
