The Great Global Mend at The Grove
Pin the date – the Great Global Mend is back for 2026! Organised by Care to Rewear and FabPatch, this nationwide event will bring people together to extend the life of their clothing and textiles by mending them at the exact same time – 11am on Saturday 7th November.
Get involved to bring your much-loved garment or textile item back into rotation and help reduce Australia’s textile waste. No sewing experience needed – whether it’s a missing button, loose hem, or small tear, we’ll provide guidance, some sewing supplies, and plenty of encouragement.
Morning tea will be provided.
